Advice on Legislative Decree 231/2001
The Legislative Decree dated 8 June 2001, n. 231, was introduced into the Italian legal system, states the responsibility of the companies for infringing activities arising from crimes committed by individuals who work for and on behalf of the company and, in any case, when done in its interests or to its advantage.
It is important to understand how to move around and pass on the knowledge of the risks to all operational levels, so as to work really "safely", even when you have partners in the public administration or you are working on contracts (also abroad).
It is a topic that is (wrongly) left to lawyers and professionals; we propose instead to transfer our customer’s mechanisms and tools that can help the company to avoid making activities potentially related to criminal offenses and not to incur the particularly heavy penalties given to the company.
For you we can work on the following:
- Risk analysis
- Editorial Staff of the organization, management and control model
- Management Protocols
- Training for employees on the system of organization and control pursuant to legislative decree no. 231
